Diversify our plates with the food chain

I love salmon. I love crispy salmon skin searing on the cast iron. I love fall-apart, buttery pink meat simmering in a lemony sauce. I also love single handedly saving the environment by forgoing a burger while adding ten years on to my life with oodles of omegas. All jokes aside, salmon is really delicious, and both farmed and wild salmon have the ability to be great for the environment compared to traditional sources of animal protein like beef or pork. But what about compared to seafood lower on the food chain?
